Our Food Truck Story

“In 2007 my brother and I decided to build a food truck of our own. Jeff was always an excellent cook and we were both very handy with construction. It took many months of working nights and weekends while holding full-time jobs to finish our truck. We learned a ton the hard way, but we were finally on the road with our own custom food truck!

We ran our rig for a few years and had a blast! After much thought, I decided to go to Bible college and we went our separate ways. I sold the truck and my brother took over the stand that we had in a large market. Two great guys saw our truck and asked if we would be willing to build them one like it. We agreed and the rest is history!”
