Upohar approached Tack’s Truck and Trailer in search of a fresh mobile kitchen solution for their restaurant business in the local area. Their aim was to expand their customer base by offering their delectable food to a larger audience and have the flexibility to serve their menu at various venues and festivals.

A key priority for them was ensuring sufficient space in their customized truck design to ensure efficiency and smooth operations during busy meal times. Following discussions with Tack’s Truck and Trailer, we collaborated to create a truck floor plan that perfectly catered to their requirements.
