Albie’s approached Tack’s Truck and Trailer in search of a fresh mobile kitchen solution for their nearby restaurant venture. Their aim was to expand their customer base by bringing their delectable food to a larger audience and having the flexibility to serve their menu at various venues and festivals.
Their primary concern revolved around ensuring ample space in their customized truck design to maintain efficiency and maneuverability during peak food service hours. Following discussions with Tack’s Truck and Trailer, we collaboratively devised a truck floor plan that perfectly catered to their requirements.
