Sugar Whipped Bakery came to Tack’s Truck and Trailer looking for a new mobile kitchen solution for their local restaurant business. They wanted to be able to offer their delicious food to a wider audience and have the ability to transport their menu to a variety of different venues and festivals.

One of their main concerns was having enough space within their custom truck build to allow for efficiency and movement while working through busy food hours. After discussing with Tack’s Truck and Trailer, we were able to come up with a truck floor plan together that would best suit their needs.
